Services
Riage provides workflow automation, lead generation, and AI chatbot/support automation services as agreed in a written proposal or statement of work for each client engagement.
Details, timelines, and deliverables for a specific engagement are governed by that engagement's proposal, not by this page.
Engagement process
Work begins only after a proposal is agreed and, where applicable, a deposit is received (see our Refund Policy).
Scope changes requested after a proposal is agreed may require a revised quote.
Client responsibilities
You're responsible for providing timely access to the accounts, data, and tools needed to build and test the automation, and for reviewing and approving work at agreed milestones.
Limitation of liability
Riage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered automation, including third-party service outages (e.g. n8n, Make, Cal.com, Apollo, Hunter) outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction to be confirmed].
