Refund Policy

Deposits
Engagements typically require a deposit before work begins, as specified in your proposal. The deposit secures your project slot and covers initial discovery and design work.
Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel before any build work has started, the deposit is refundable minus a discovery/design fee (specified in your proposal), which covers time already spent scoping the engagement.
Cancellation after work begins
Once build work has started, fees for work completed up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. Any remaining, unbilled portion of the engagement is not charged.
Milestone-based projects
For projects billed in milestones, each milestone payment becomes non-refundable once that milestone's work is delivered and approved.
